I am a third year student at University of San Francisco obtaining my BA in Political Science and two minors in Spanish, and Latin American Studies. I am also in an accelerated Masters program to receive an MA in Education along with teaching credentials for Multiples Subjects K-8, and Single Subject Social Studies/U.S. Government
Experience
Teaching is my absolute passion and I love working with all different types of learners and subjects. I have been a tutor for two years now and have been working with children and students for five years. I work as the lead tutor in a program in San Fransisco for multiple underserved schools in the district. I have worked in many classrooms as a student teacher and aide, as well as one on one and in small groups with students. Students learn best when they enjoy the material and I believe there is always a way to make subjects fun and engaging. I am very patient with students and love finding different strategies of learning to cater to each need. I was born and raised in Davis and am familiar with the style of the district and curriculum.

Hobbies
I love cooking, playing music (ukelele and guitar), and being outdoors. I am also a swim coach and love spending time in the water.
