This past year has been crazy, but we continue to learn and explore! I have been enjoying tutoring through Zoom and Skype with my students - so send me a message and give it a try! Native Spanish speaker and fluent in English. Have approximately 12 years of experience in teaching and tutoring private Spanish sessions at different levels. My students have included junior and high school, as well as college/university students, professionals, travelers and retirees. I love helping and encouraging my students to learn and enjoy learning the Spanish language and to appreciate the culture! I use different methods and approaches to address any difficulty they may be having with any grammatical concept and to practice communicating. Sessions are tailored to the students' needs - I believe in having fun while learning! For a few years, coordinated a UCD bilingual (English and Spanish) component for an inquiry-based hands-on science youth program, which included translating educational material into Spanish, training high school students and adults in both English and Spanish. Also, designed and implemented a multicultural program for elementary school age students.
