Gave over 20 presentations at elementary and middle schools across the Bay Area Onward Israel/ Henrietta Schultz | Internship | July 2013- August 2013 Worked with children with disabilities at a summer camp at Henrietta Schultz in Haifa, Israel through the Onward Israel program As a Hebrew and English speaker, I facilitated communication between other interns and children Lead various activities such as art projects, drum circles and dances, outdoor play, and field trips. Camp Okizu| Camp Counselor | June 2014, July 2014 Camp Okizu is a nonprofit which organizes overnight camps for children affected by cancer. Served as a counselor in multiple week long sessions for cancer patients and siblings of cancer patients In charge of children's health, safety, and general well-being. Worked together with other counselors from the staff to ensure campers were getting the best experience.
