#### Education

University of California-Davis - Bachelors, Applied Mathematics#### Experience

I am in my final year at University of California, Davis, where I am working toward my degree in Applied Mathematics. As a tutor, I believe that everyone has the capacity to be successful in the classroom. One of the most important traits that a tutor can have is patience. By being patient, one is able to help his or her student navigate through a series of mistakes until they develop an understanding of the content.I am a math tutor, and I believe that every student is able to master this subject. While mathematics can be difficult, especially when it becomes more abstract, students are able to grasp the subject with dedication and a good teacher. To be a successful tutor, one must be patient and able to teach at a pace the student is comfortable with. I believe that mathematics is a very important discipline to know, as it is not only important in science, but helps students develop problem solving skills needed throughout life.I feel privileged to be able to help young students develop a strong background in math, setting them up for success inside the classroom and out in the professional world. Nothing feels better than watching a student overcome his or her challenges.#### Hobbies
