Experience

I specialize in science and math, I wanted to become a tutor in order to help other students perform better in their classes after I volunteered as a tutor at the local high school. After highschool I began tutoring for the Yuba College district. I've taken classes of the more rigourous course load in highschool, and ended up graduating from highschool a year early. I continue to try my best and maintain a 4.0 in college.

I'm still a teenager so I feel as if I have a better understanding with younger kids. I feel that when some students are taught a subject with extra guidance so that they begin to enjoy the material and that can lead to many new pathways in life. For example, me, I started out not enjoying sciences because some of my teachers made the experience not so fun. However once I recieved some extra guidance and a differnet style of teaching, I began to accel. Outside of school I enjoy a plethora of sports including basketball, soccer, track and field, and football. Most of my free time is spent reading, writing, or researching science topics and ideas that deal with the brain. I aspire to become a surgeon and help as many individuals as I can in my career.
