I received my Bachelor of Science from the University of California Santa Cruz, studying Earth and Planetary Science with a concentration in Environmental Geology. I also received a Professional Master of Science from American University in Environmental Assessment.
Experience
I have over 7 years of experience tutoring math and statistics - 4 years as a private tutor and 3 years as an employee of my undergraduate and graduate universities. I participated in a quarter-long training course for tutors and educators, as well as received quarterly training in tutoring techniques for mathematics. I have experience tutoring grade school, high school, homeschooled, and university level students, as well as adults preparing for standardized tests.
